In the Implement phase, we create a detailed roadmap to turn the Comprehensive Plan into action. This includes specific steps, timelines, and resources for achieving both short- and long-term goals. Our focus is on making the community’s vision a reality. We also work closely with City staff and elected officials to ensure the plan is smoothly adopted and put into motion.

How Can I Participate in Phase 6?

• Public 30-Day Review – This is your last chance to provide feedback on the Noble Proud Comprehensive Plan! Submit your comments or suggestions on the draft plan online through the engagement platform, or review and comment in person at City Hall or the Library.
• Formal Adoption Process – Attend the Planning Commission and City Council adoption meetings to show your support!

What’s Happening in Phase 6:

• Final Implementation Plan – We’ll outline the actionable steps needed to bring the plan to life, addressing immediate priorities as well as long-term objectives.
• Draft Comprehensive Plan Document – A full draft of the Comprehensive Plan will be prepared for public and official review.
• Public 30-Day Review – The community will have 30 days to review the draft and provide feedback.
• Formal Adoption Process – We’ll work with City staff and elected officials to formally adopt the plan.
• Final Comprehensive Plan Document – After gathering feedback and making revisions, we’ll produce the final version of the plan.
• Executive Summary – A concise summary of the key points and action items of the Comprehensive Plan will be created for easy reference.
