In the Integrate phase, we take the data and insights gathered from earlier phases and develop a draft Comprehensive Plan and Strategy Framework. This phase connects the community’s vision to actionable steps, laying out a clear path for implementation.

How Can I Participate in Phase 5?

• Community Workshop #4: Putting the Plan into Action – Thank you to everyone who attended our in-person workshop on October 7. Your feedback helped refine the plan’s goals, strategies, and priority actions. A summary of the activity results is now available in the Document & Resource Center.
• Engagement Platform – If you haven’t already, sign up to explore project updates, view draft materials, and share your thoughts as we prepare for the final phase of the planning process.

What’s Happening in Phase 5:

• ✅ Strategy Framework Drafted – Based on input from the community, City staff, stakeholders, and the Steering Committee, the project team developed a strategy framework focused on implementation.
• ✅ Steering Committee Work Sessions – The Steering Committee held two meetings in March to review and refine the draft goals, strategies, and priority actions.
• ✅ Virtual Strategy Workshop Completed – Following the meetings, Steering Committee members completed an online activity through the engagement platform to help prioritize strategies. Their input directly informed the design of the community penny jar activity.
• ✅ Community Workshop #4 Completed – Residents reviewed and weighed in on draft implementation strategies at the April 2 event. Their feedback helped clarify which actions should be prioritized moving forward.
• Final Strategy Framework and Implementation Strategies – We’ll finalize the strategy framework based on community feedback.
• Draft Comprehensive Plan – We’ll compile all findings and strategies into a draft of the full Comprehensive Plan.
• Review of Draft Comprehensive Plan – City staff and the Steering Committee will review the draft plan and make final adjustments.
