In this phase, we work closely with the community to create a vision for Noble’s future. We want to hear from you—whether through surveys, social media, or direct conversations—to understand what you value most about Noble and what you envision for the years ahead. This is your opportunity to help shape a clear, shared vision that will guide Noble’s development.

Together, we’ll craft a vision that reflects the community’s goals and values, setting the stage for the rest of the plan. This vision will be the foundation for Noble’s future, ensuring a bright and thriving path forward.

How Can I Participate in Phase 3?

Community-Wide Survey #1 – Thank you to everyone who shared your input through the first Noble Proud community survey! Your responses provided a strong foundation for understanding what residents value most and want to see in Noble’s future. The survey is now closed, and the results are available in the Document & Resource Center.
Community Workshop #2: Envisioning Noble’s Future – We had a great turnout at the Christmas in Noble event on December 7. Your feedback helped refine the draft vision, themes, and goals that will guide the rest of the plan. A summary of the workshop activity results is available on the Document & Resource Center page.
Share the News – Many of you helped spread the word by sharing flyers and encouraging friends, family, and coworkers to participate—thank you for your support!
Engagement Platform – If you haven’t already, make an account on the engagement platform to access activities, receive event reminders, view project materials, and leave feedback online.

What Happened in Phase 3

✅ Community-Wide Survey #1 Completed – Collected broad input on values, concerns, and future priorities from residents across the community.
✅ Visioning Sessions with City Staff & Steering Committee – Explored key themes and aligned on goals that reflect community input.
✅ Draft Vision, Themes, and Objectives Created – Developed based on survey results and refined through internal workshops.
✅ Community Workshop #2 Held – Residents helped shape the draft vision during an interactive public event on December 7.
✅ Final Vision, Themes, and Objectives Published – Now available for download in the Document & Resource Center and will guide the next phases of the plan.
