In the Identify phase, we gather and analyze data to get a clear picture of Noble’s current conditions and future opportunities. Using GIS mapping, government data, and insights from City staff, the Steering Committee, and other project partners, we’ll identify key challenges and areas for improvement. This analysis lays the foundation for the entire planning process, ensuring our approach addresses the community’s unique needs and priorities.

How Can I Participate in Phase 2?

• Community Workshop #1: Noble Today – Thank you to everyone who visited us at Haunting on Main Street! We appreciated the chance to meet so many residents and hear your thoughts on Noble’s current strengths and challenges. 
• Engagement Platform – If you haven’t already, make an account on the engagement platform to access activities, receive event reminders, view project materials, and leave feedback online.

What Happened in Phase 2

• ✅ Data and Plan Review Completed – We collected and analyzed current data on Noble’s demographics, housing, economy, infrastructure, and environment to understand where things stand today.
• ✅ Review of Past Plans and Studies – Previous planning efforts were examined to identify what’s been accomplished and where gaps or opportunities remain.
• ✅ Community Snapshot Report Published – A detailed summary of Noble’s existing conditions and key trends was developed to inform the next phases of the plan.
• ✅ Steering Committee Kickoff Held – The project’s Steering Committee convened for the first time to review initial findings and help guide next steps.
• ✅ Community Workshop #1: Noble Today – Residents joined us during Haunting on Main Street to learn about the planning process and share early input on community challenges and priorities.
