In an effort to get people to stay in Noble and have them spend money here, it would be inviting to have Noble adopt a "pedestrian first" thought process.

I like that, Alex. Increasing walkability is one of Noble's major priorities. The City actually submitted ten grant applications for various sidewalk projects over the summer in order to garner funding for constructing new pedestrian infrastructure.
