Thank you for posting! You're absolutely right that expansion can create challenges to repairing existing roads because of the high, long-term costs associated with maintaining infrastructure.
The main way to balance growth with infrastructure maintenance is to allow for slightly more dense development (AKA "gentle density"), such as duplexes and townhomes in addition to single-family detached homes. However, Oklahomans tend to prefer spread-out development, so a lot of Oklahoman cities are struggling to implement "gentle density."
Do you think the Noble community would be open to gentle density to help with infrastructure costs? And are there any specific areas of Noble that you think should be prioritized for street improvements?
