That's a neat idea, Alex. Saving money on electricity bills would allow tax dollars to be spent elsewhere, which would be a plus.
We have actually considered solar power for some of our water and wastewater facilities as well.

I think it could be a cool goal to have our public buildings be self-sufficient, in case of emergencies. This could mean having access to solar power that can help lower city energy bills.
